 Background

M/s JNC Constructions Pvt Ltd, is developing a group housing complex by the name of “GREENWOODS” comprising of residential units and shops along with amenities, facilities, services etc. In respect of the Project Land, UTTAR PRADESH AWAS EWAM VIKAS PARISHAD ("Ghaziabad") had allotted a free hold plot. in favor of J.N.C. Constructions Private Limited (“JNCCPL”) vide a allotment Agreement dated 15.12.2009. The project was under consideration before the National Company Law Tribunal Delhi, Principal Bench under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 for submitting a resolution plan under Section 30 (6) for approval. On this, the Principal Bench of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal Delhi has approved the resolution plan of M / s Gautam Builders in consortium with Rapid Contracts Private Limited under sub-clause (1) of Section 31 of the Code, vide order dated 04-08-2020. The entire development work of this project is being done as per the order of Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi.
